Easter Break: Italy Trip to Milano,Florence,Pisa and Venice

It was a terrible trip I was in the bus number 2, the leader was super disorganized and didn\’t know how to control the group, she did know the itinerary, she even had the list with the people of the tour and did put any rule since the beginning. She acted more like a traveler than a responsable person.
The drivers stopped the bus each 2 hours for more than a half hour so we miss a lot of time waiting while the drivers smoked.
Definitely I\’m not planning booking another trip with the agency

Bus came late almost 1 hour 45 minute we spend more than 14 – 16 hrs in bus. We reached milano very late . We spend less hours in milano . Tour team lead was not aware of location properly but she was cooperative and trying to do best in difficult situation.

It felt like we spend more hours in bus and less hour for exploring places.

One of Bus driver behavior was inappropriate during last 2 days of travel .
